The client was the passenger on a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle decided to start passing traffic on the shoulder of the two-lane road on which they were traveling. The motorcycle then crashed into a car that was turning into a business parking lot. The client was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered a serious leg injury.
